Ice bathing
Ice bathing! You've heard about it a thousand times but haven't dared to try it yet? Or are you already experienced and want to learn new breathing exercises? Then you've come to the right place! We'll show you how to control your body and breathing before and during so that you can really enjoy the cold water and how to warm up properly afterwards. Please bring a bathing suit, towel and anticipation.

Taekwondo Show Team
Experience the impressive world of Taekwondo with YU-Taekwondo! The martial arts school's show team presents spectacular fights, breathtaking kicks, and acrobatic stunts, all set to thrilling music. Afterwards, you are warmly invited to join the interactive station to get a glimpse into the training and receive valuable self-defense tips.
Kids Area
Children up to 16 years of age have free entry. Would you like to experience the festival with your children? We got you! In our Kids Playzone, your little ones can relax with children's yoga, let off steam with face painting and develop their creativity while painting. Enjoy an unforgettable time full of fun and adventure together!
Games Playground
Take a break from the mat and let your inner child run wild. At the Games Playground, it's all about laughter, connection, and a little friendly competition. Whether you're into cornhole, frisbee, team racing, or just want to vibe with others in the sunshine, this is your space to play.
