All orders are shipped from Vienna, Austria.
When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will then take care of it as quickly as possible and ship your order within 2–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. So if you place an order on one of those days, we will start processing the shipment on the next business day.
The delivery time begins as soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider. Orders received after 12:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the following business day. We do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible!

How long does the shipping take?
For shipping within the EU, we work with Austrian Post and UPS. Usually, your package will arrive **1–4 days after it has been shipped**.
If you order from outside the EU, delivery may take a bit longer. In this case, you can expect **around 10–14 days**. We do our best to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible!

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a link to track your shipment. You can also easily track your package here.
What happens if the address I entered was incorrect?
If you made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we can unfortunately no longer change the address. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Currently, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or pick-up locations.

If your order is shipped internationally, import taxes, customs duties, or other fees may apply once your package arrives in the destination country.
