What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, parts, and intact tags.
**Return shipping costs:** You are responsible for the cost of the return unless the item is defective or damaged. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
**Refund:** Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the full purchase price. For an exchange, we will send you the desired product free of charge.
**Exceptions:** Some products, such as gift cards, digital products, or discounted items, are excluded from returns. Items that have been misused, altered, or improperly handled (e.g., normal wear, creases due to improper storage, or accidents) cannot be returned. If the item has damaged packaging, missing accessories, or missing tags, a fee of €5 will apply.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges! Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. Please review the return conditions above to check if your item is eligible for an exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will gladly send the exchanged item to you free of charge.

What happens if my return is lost or damaged?
We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns. The package remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Please choose a shipping method with delivery confirmation or tracking and keep the proof of shipment until we have received your return. Make sure to package your return securely to ensure it reaches us safely. Any items that are dirty or damaged will be deducted from your refund.
Do you accept returns from third-party sellers?
We do not accept returns from third-party sellers. Purchases made outside of YogaJunkies.com are not covered by our return policy. Returns for items bought on Amazon or any other retailer must be handled according to that retailer’s return and exchange policies. Only the seller from whom you made your purchase can issue a refund or exchange.
What happens when my return arrives at the Yoga Junkies warehouse?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. We will ensure that the item meets the return conditions: it must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
If the item meets all requirements, we will refund the full purchase price or, if needed, send you a replacement item in perfect condition.
If the item is damaged or not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund accordingly. This also applies to items that were improperly packaged or show defects caused by misuse.
We will notify you by email about the status of your return and the next steps.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be credited in full to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse. If you purchased your order using store credit, your refund will be issued as new store credit, which you can use for purchases on yogajunkies.com.
