Yoga Junkies Festival (Yoga Junkies Fitness OG) House Rules
The following rules apply to all areas of Yoga Junkies Festival. By entering the festival grounds, you accept these house rules without exceptions.

Liability
The organizer is not liable for individuals who remain on or return to the festival grounds after closing hours. Please treat all facilities with care and avoid entering restricted areas. All guests must leave the venue at closing time.

Changes & Cancellations
The festival program and dates are subject to change. Line-up changes, technical issues, or artist cancellations do not entitle ticket holders to refunds. Additional costs like travel or accommodation are not reimbursed.

General Conduct
Everyone on site is expected to act in a way that does not harm, endanger, or inconvenience others. Please respect the space, facilities, and environment. If asked to move for safety reasons, you must comply. During storms or extreme weather, you are responsible for your own safety. Avoid standing under trees, near structures or tents.

Photo & Video
By attending, you agree to be photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes without compensation. Personal photos and videos are allowed for private use only. Commercial use requires written permission. Any content shared with Yoga Junkies may be used and reposted without credit.

Personal Items
Personal items must be attended at all times. Items left unattended on the festival grounds are not covered by any liability and may be removed if the owner cannot be found.

Parking
Parking is only permitted with a valid ticket. No camping, sleeping in cars, or tent setups are allowed in the parking area. Yoga Junkies is not liable for damage or theft. Park at your own risk and follow all posted signs and instructions.

Nature Preservation
The festival grounds must be cared for at all times. Driving on the grass, cutting plants or trees, digging holes, or any behavior that damages nature is strictly prohibited.

No Climbing
Climbing any structure or trees is strictly forbidden and may result in expulsion from the festival.

Ground Conditions
While the ground is generally flat, be mindful of holes or other tripping hazards.

Waste
Please keep the grounds clean. Use the designated bins for all waste.

In Case of a Storm
If there is a storm, you are responsible for seeking shelter safely. Avoid trees, structures, and fences. Follow announcements for further instructions.

Intoxication
Anyone appearing heavily intoxicated will be refused entry. No refund will be issued.

Violence
Any form of violence will result in immediate removal from the venue and may be reported to authorities.

Police Notice
The grounds may be monitored by Austrian authorities. Disturbances will be reported without exception.

ID Requirement
All attendees must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. Copies or non-official IDs will not be accepted.

Bag Checks
Security personnel are authorized to check bags at the entrance or during the event. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned.

Entry Only with Check
Entry is only permitted if you agree to have your bags and belongings checked. Anyone who refuses will not be allowed to enter.

Prohibited Items
Confiscated items will not be stored or returned. Illegal items will be handed over to the police. Entry is denied if you refuse a bag check.

Safety Instructions
Please follow the instructions given by the Yoga Junkies team, security staff, emergency personnel, or announced via speakers or screens.

Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 to enter the general festival area without adult supervision. Children 18 and under must be accompanied by adults.

Hearing Protection
Earplugs are available free of charge at the Info Point.

Animals
Animals are not allowed on the festival grounds, except registered guide dogs. These must wear a muzzle and remain on a leash at all times.

Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Regional Court of Wiener Neustadt. International sales conventions do not apply.

Legal Validity
If any part of these house rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain legally binding.
