Moisture absorbing top layer remains non-slip, during both wet and dry yoga sessions. Wipe down after each use. We recommend spraying a microfiber cloth with a quality mat cleaner, or a vinegar and water solution to clean with. Never spray directly on the mat. Leave the mat unrolled to air dry. Mat is not machine washable. To prevent damage, always roll the mat with the polyurethane top layer facing out. New mats have a slight smell due to the natural rubber. This will fade over time. Do not store in direct sunlight. Remove all jewelry before each session to help protect the top layer. Contains natural rubber and may contain latex: Please avoid contact with this mat if you have a rubber or latex allergies.
