We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not happy, then we're not happy. Which is why we're committed to helping you with your purchase and resolving the issue. Please contact us with the subject 'Return' so we can work out the best solution for you. Be sure to include your full name, order number, address, and carrier tracking number in your message.

 

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the items for a full refund. We will gladly accept returns for products purchased from yogajunkies.com that are unused, unaltered, unworn, and unwashed in sellable condition within 14 days of delivery. Purchases must be returned in undamaged original packaging with all accessories, parts, and intact labels. Returns of items with damaged product packaging, missing accessories, tags, or parts will incur a 5€ handling charge.

Items that have been misused, altered, or improperly used are not eligible for return (i.e., normal wear, scuffing, creasing due to improper storage, or accidents).

The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

 

What if my purchase arrived broken or defective?

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us with the following information:

Please note: If you are returning the item due to it being broken or defective, we will refund the cost of international standard return shipping to us. Express or Expedited return shipment costs will not be covered, so please choose the standard shipping method only.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us with the subject 'Exchange' so we can work out the best solution for you. Be sure to include your full name, order number, address, and carrier tracking number in your message.

Exchanges are subject to the same standards as stated above for return items. Please read over the terms above to see if your item is eligible for exchange.

You will need to cover the expense of your return, but we will happily send out your exchanged item free of charge.

  

What does Final Sale mean?

Items designated as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange, credit, or refunds.

What if my return was lost or damaged?

We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns and the package remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Please use a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number and keep the proof of receipt until we have received your return. Please pack your return to ensure a safe a successful delivery back to us. Any items that are dirty or damaged, will be subtracted from your refund amount.

 

Do you accept returns from third-party retailers?

We do not accept returns from third-party retailers. Purchases made anywhere other than YogaJunkies.com are not eligible for our return policy. Returns for items purchased on Amazon or at another retailer must be processed in accordance with that retailer’s returns & exchanges policy. Only the retailer from whom you made your purchase will be able to issue a refund or exchange.

 

What happens when my return arrives at the Yoga Junkies warehouse?

Once received, all items are subject to inspection. If the returned items are dirty or damaged, we may not refund the whole purchase amount.

 

How will my refund be processed?

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method in full within 5-14 business days of arrival at our warehouse. If your order was purchased with store credit, your refund will be issued in form of new store credit that can be used for shopping at yogajunkies.com.
