  1. HAVE AWARENESS & ACCEPTANCE

It is important to know who you are, and who you are not. You are not the things that other people say you are, you are not what you have become by being part of the system, and you are not just a body or dust. You are something much greater and more powerful. You are an endless soul and a limitless being. You are created by love, because of love and for love. You are simply, love.

  1. TALK TO YOURSELF KINDLY

See what kind of words are unfolding in your mind, because they have a huge impact on shaping your reality and your perception. Are they positive or negative, low or high vibrating? You can be surprised by how harsh and tough you are towards yourself sometimes but being conscious about it can help you to change your behavior and start talking better about yourself. Set affirmations about self-love and reprogram your mind. If you start talking to yourself in a way of love, it will manifest with time in your physical reality.

  1. SET SELF-LOVE RITUALS

Create your own rituals for which you will stick to. A ritual that brings you peace, bliss and is solely for you. Set this as your preference before all other things. Make yourself a priority.

  1. DO WHAT YOU LIKE

Try to include as many enjoyable things in your daily life as possible. Take a walk in the forest, read a book, draw, practice yoga, meditate, write in your journal, cook a nice meal, practice photography, make art, paint a picture, take a long bath. The list is absolutely endless.

  1. TREAT YOUR BODY WELL

Your body is your temple, your house, and it should be treated with love and respect. This includes eating nutritional plant-based food, drinking enough water, adding some extra movement on a daily basis, and caring for your skin and other parts of your body.

  1. DON’T COMPARE

You are unique, which gives you your beauty and power. Every single person is unique–who has different interests, does different things, has distinctive talents–and it’s absolutely magnificent! Accept your differences and love yourself the way you are.

  1. DON’T JUDGE

Be easy and compassionate towards yourself about who you are and what you have done. The universe doesn’t judge so why you should?

  1. KNOW YOUR BOUNDARIES

Be ready to say “no” if something is not good for you. Don’t be scared to object, it’s your right. Put yourself first and listen to your intuition to know where your borders are.

  1. MEDITATE ON SELF-LOVE.

When your mind is quiet, you can easily sow anything you want, and your mind will absorb it like a sponge soaking up water. Without distractions from thousands of thoughts, you can focus on your intention of self-love and feel it deeply to the fullest extent with every cell of your body. You may feel it so much, you discover that you are love by itself!
